Mike Jones
With 14 years of experience in law enforcement, Mike has dedicated his career to serving and strengthening the community through both public safety and youth outreach. For the past six years, he has served as a School Resource Officer, building positive relationships with students, staff, and families while fostering a safe and supportive school environment. Five years ago, Mike launched the original Warrick County Kids with Cops Day Camp, creating opportunities for local youth to interact with law enforcement in a positive, engaging, and educational setting. As the founder of Kids with Cops, he continues to lead efforts that bridge the gap between law enforcement and the communities they serve, helping create lasting connection, trust, and mentorship opportunities for our youth.

Casey Miller
As a dedicated police officer with 10 years of law enforcement experience, Casey has built her career on serving and protecting the community with integrity, compassion, and professionalism. As a School Resource Officer, she has developed a passion for building positive relationships with children and families through trust, mentorship, and education. She believes every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impact, whether it’s providing guidance, creating a safe environment, or simply being a positive role model. Through Kids with Cops, Casey brings experience, leadership, and a heart for service, working to create meaningful opportunities that inspire, encourage, and support youth while strengthening the connection between law enforcement and the communities we serve.

TJ has proudly served as a Boonville Police Officer for the past six years, including the last for years as the School Resource Officer at Boonville Middle School. Passionate about building meaningful relationships, TJ is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive while strengthening connections between law enforcement and the community. Outside of his career, TJ has been happily married for 15 years and is a proud father of four children. He and his wife also serve as foster parents, reflecting their shared commitment to helping others. When he’s not at school or on patrol, TJ enjoys lifting weights, coaching wrestling, spending time on the softball field, and mentoring young people. His heart of service, leadership, and investing in others makes him a valued officer and role model both in and out of uniform.

Hayle is a compassionate wound care nurse and admission liaison, devoted wife, and proud mother of four whose passion for serving others extends far beyond her profession. Following the heartbreaking loss of their daughter, Rynn, she and her husband co-founded Raiden and Rynn’s Beacon, a non-profit dedicated to supporting families who have experienced the loss of a child, turning grief into a mission of hope and compassion. Her experience as both a healthcare professional and mother gives her a unique perspective on the importance of compassion, encouragement, and connection. Whether caring for patients, supporting families through difficult times, or helping strengthen her community, Hayle leads with kindness, humility, and a servant’s heart, making a lasting impact on everyone she serves.
Jalen has proudly served as a Deputy in Warrick County for the past three years, driven by a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community. Known for his outgoing personality and approachable nature, Jalen enjoys building relationships with those he serves and is actively involved in community events and outreach. He is also the deputy you will often see on social media, using platforms to share positive messages, highlight community connections, and show the lighter side of law enforcement. His commitment to service, leadership, and connecting with people reflects his dedication to making a lasting difference both in and out of uniform.
